2021 Body Transformation Contest

Completely transform your life, mind, body and win $20,000 cash in the process.

This contest will be limited to 50 people only.

Winner take all.

Commencing April 10th 2021 and concluding on December 11th 2021, this contest will run for 35 weeks.

This is how it will work :

  • Participants must preregister to secure a spot in the contest and pay a registration fee of $100 by bank transfer. A screenshot of your transfer must also be emailed to tonedwithtj@gmail.com with the subject “contest”.
  • To win the $20,000 cash, a top 4 will be selected by TJ, all decisions final.
  • From the top 4, (1) person will be drawn out of a lucky dip live on Facebook.
  • All top 4 contestants will be welcome to add TJ’s personal Facebook account for the live draw. If you don’t have Facebook you will be notified if you’re the winner by email and/or phone.
  • The top 4 will be comprised of:
    • (1) male who TJ believes has made the most dramatic transformation in terms of overall fat loss visually (not necessarily weight loss) from start photo to end photo. TJ will require proof of date for the before and after photo via a code written on a piece of paper held in the contestant’s hand.
    • (1) female who TJ believes has made the most dramatic transformation in terms of fat loss visually (not necessarily weight loss) from start photo to end photo. TJ will require proof of date for the before and after photo via a code written on a piece of paper held in the contestant’s hand.
    • (1) male who TJ believes has achieved the most impressive overall physique with a combination of muscle tissue and low level body fat. Before photo will not be required here as it’s not relevant but the after photo will require proof of date taken via a code written on a piece of paper held in the contestant’s hand.
    • (1) female who TJ believes has achieved the most impressive overall physique with a combination of muscle tissue and low level body fat while keeping femininity. Before photo will not be required here as it’s not relevant but the after photo will require proof of date taken via a code written on a piece of paper held in the contestant’s hand.
  • To be eligible for the top 4, contestants must not crop their faces out of start photos, progress photos or end photos.
  • Contestants must sign up for the weekly coaching option on my website 1 week prior to the competition start date to allow for time to organise plans. The weekly coaching fee is $60 per week.
  • To be selected for the top 4, contestants must have completed all 35 weeks of coaching time and paid up to date.
  • There will be a minimum 12 weeks of debit for all entrants. If you wish to cancel your place in the competition prior to the 35 week completion date, a minimum 12 weeks will be debited.
  • Any contestants wishing to use their own coach or coach themselves may do so and pay a one time entry fee of $400 (not including registration fee). Contestants not using my coaching service will be limited to a maximum of 10 and will be judged without bias and fairly. The best 4 will be the ones picked for the draw.
  • What’s included in the 35 weeks coaching will be no different to how TJ coaches clients on a regular basis outside of a contest situation. The exact same service and inclusions will apply. The FAQ and how it works pages on my website will detail what’s included.
  • Once you have entered the competition, TJ reserves the right to post your before photos, progress photos and after photos on social media, websites or any future promotional materials. If a contestant who uses a coaching service other than TJ’s makes the top 4 and/or wins the contest, their picture will be published too but it will clearly state TJ did not coach that contestant and no credit will be obtained for it.
  • TJ strongly recommends and requests all contestants come into the competition having a healthy metabolism. This is achieved by NOT starving yourself on very low calories all year. If someone enters the contest and has been following a very low calorie or very low carb diet for months on end, TJ will require time adding food and increasing your metabolic rate before the fat loss process can commence. For best results, ensure you’re eating at a very healthy and adequate calorie/carb level for a good amount of time before commencing this challenge.
