This will be a 25 week transformation challenge commencing Friday 24th June
True sustainable fat loss takes time. To do things in a way that protects your metabolism, your relationship with food and minimises loose skin, dieting needs to be done gradually to ensure the best possible outcome.
Travis does not believe in short duration overly restrictive challenges. They leave the dieter with no where to go afterwards and or a crashed metabolism with almost guaranteed fat regain.
During your 25 weeks you will learn SUSTAINABLE nutritional practise in which you will form new habits and BEHAVIOURS to ensure you finally break the yo yo diet cycle once and for all.
Travis will be coaching all entrants to the best of his ability during the 25 weeks just how he would if you were a client outside of this challenge situation.
You will be required to check in weekly throughout the challenge with new photo updates and specific information so Travis has time to make adjustments to the plan if needed and explain the instructions for the week ahead.
The same diet that may have been working for the first few weeks may need tweaking and adjusting to ensure continued progression throughout. Weekly check ins are paramount to an optimal result.
A diet is ONLY as good as the adjustments made to it along the way as the metabolism adjusts to what you’re doing.
Please note this is not a set and forget low carb, low calorie generic diet plan that you follow for the entire duration like most challenges you may be familiar with.
This is customised nutrition coaching which is constantly monitored and adjusted. You will have full support from Travis throughout and accountability to help you stay on track.
Travis will be in extremely close contact with you throughout the entire journey and communication will be through WhatsApp after the initial email setup.

Please note, Travis does not provide guidance on resistance training. This is a fully customised nutrition, supplement and cardio plan only. Please speak to a personal trainer regarding weight training advice.
Travis will be choosing a male and female who he believes has made the most dramatic transformation during the 25 weeks and they will each win $10,000.
In order to be eligible for prize money the participant must have completed all 25 weeks and not missed payment.
By entering the challenge you agree to allow Travis to use your photos on his website, social media and or other advertising streams. Faces can be cropped out though unless you’re the winner.
A specific code will need to be written on a white piece of paper held in your hand to ensure the legitimacy of your start and finish photo. That code will be revealed close to commencement of the challenge.
The cost to enter will be at Travis’s normal weekly coaching rate ($60 per week).
It is understood that 25 weeks may seem like a long time for some. However, again, this is not a crash diet. This will be comprehensive nutrition coaching that is set up to elicit gradual and lasting fat reduction while allowing new behaviours to form. You will learn everything you ever need to know about fat loss and how to maintain it for life.
