How It Works

I offer customised nutrition coaching based on your current situation, needs and goals.

I work with a wide variety of people wanting to lose body fat, get healthy and establish new lifestyle and dietary habits.

I enjoy working with (but am not limited to):

  • Wedding prep for brides and grooms
  • Physique athletes such as bodybuilders, figure or bikini competitors etc
  • Photoshoot prep for families or fitness professionals
  • Very obese clients
  • Anyone wanting to get into shape

Unlike most generic weight loss programs out there which often suggest a set calorie amount that is far too low, I offer extremely customised coaching that is constantly monitored and adjusted based on individual response. It is this personalisation that enables me to deliver an optimal outcome for each and every client.

Working closely with each client on an individual basis enables me to keep their food intake at the highest point possible while progressing.

Doing it this way:

  • Ensures maximum satiety
  • Means you are not suffering unnecessarily
  • Ensures that your metabolism stays elevated and healthy
  • Allows more food variety for better adherence
  • Stops binge-eating tendencies
  • Ensures that fat loss is maintained post-diet due to keeping metabolism elevated (more calories means healthier metabolism)

The process:

  1. Clients sign up for coaching then fill in a detailed questionnaire. They also send me initial photos so I can gauge their current body fat level and distribution.
  2. From that information, I put together a comprehensive nutrition and cardio (if needed) plan to get the ball rolling.
  3. Each and every week, clients “check in” with me via email and send me updated progress photos taken in the same lighting, same distance from camera etc. and fill in some basic information on how the week went.
  4. From the check-in, I then decide how the program is progressing: if things are working well, or if fat loss has stopped. I then make any necessary adjustments to ensure that progress continues. All the guesswork is taken out — the only thing the client needs to do is execute the plan.
